Scope of this Policy
This Usage Policy applies to KISSit.ai websites, KISSit Terminal Free, other KISSit.ai software, private beta programs, protected downloads, access tokens, support and feedback channels, application programming interfaces, and related products and services provided or operated by T2 Pinans, Inc.
This Policy applies whether you use a KISSit.ai product directly, through automation, on behalf of another person or organization, or in connection with a third-party system.
Lawful and authorized use
You may use KISSit.ai products and services only for lawful purposes and only in connection with systems, accounts, networks, devices, applications, repositories, data, and infrastructure that you own or are expressly authorized to access and control.
Possession of a credential, token, link, password, key, device, account, or technical capability does not by itself establish authorization.
You are responsible for confirming the scope, duration, and conditions of your authorization before accessing, testing, modifying, scanning, automating, or interacting with any system or data.
Compliance with laws and obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, organizational policies, licenses, confidentiality duties, export restrictions, sanctions, and professional standards that apply to your use of KISSit.ai products and services.
You may not use a KISSit.ai product or service to avoid, conceal, defeat, or facilitate a violation of any legal, contractual, regulatory, or security obligation.
Prohibited unauthorized access
You must not access or attempt to access any system, account, network, service, device, repository, data store, credential, or information without authorization.
You must not bypass authentication, authorization, access controls, rate limits, technical restrictions, network segmentation, security warnings, device protections, download controls, or other safeguards.
You must not retain, use, transfer, disclose, publish, distribute, or further process information that you know or reasonably should know was obtained through unauthorized access.
Malware and harmful code
You must not use KISSit.ai products or services to create, install, execute, transmit, host, distribute, conceal, test, or control malware or other harmful code without legitimate authorization and a controlled security purpose.
Prohibited harmful code includes ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, destructive payloads, botnet software, unauthorized remote-access tools, cryptominers installed without consent, malicious scripts, worms, trojans, and code intended to damage, disrupt, surveil, deceive, or obtain unauthorized access.
System and network interference
You must not use KISSit.ai products or services to disrupt, degrade, overload, disable, damage, corrupt, interfere with, or impair a website, application, device, network, service, account, or infrastructure.
Prohibited conduct includes denial-of-service activity, traffic flooding, resource exhaustion, destructive commands, unauthorized process termination, deliberate data corruption, unauthorized configuration changes, and interference with another person’s lawful use of a system or service.
Fraud, deception, and impersonation
You must not use KISSit.ai products or services to conduct or facilitate fraud, phishing, credential theft, identity theft, impersonation, account takeover, deceptive communications, forged requests, unauthorized financial activity, or misrepresentation of authority.
You must not falsely represent that content, software, communications, certificates, releases, approvals, or services originate from or are endorsed by KISSit.ai or T2 Pinans, Inc.
Privacy and personal information
You must not collect, access, process, disclose, transfer, publish, combine, sell, monitor, scrape, infer, or retain personal information without an appropriate lawful basis, valid authority, and compliance with applicable privacy obligations.
You must not use KISSit.ai products or services to obtain, disclose, redistribute, or exploit personal or sensitive information acquired through unauthorized access, accidental exposure, leaked databases, compromised accounts, or unlawful surveillance.
You are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards when processing personal, confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive information.
Credentials and security information
You must protect passwords, passphrases, private keys, recovery codes, authentication tokens, session cookies, certificates, secrets, protected links, environment variables, connection strings, and other security information.
You must not disclose, publish, embed, commit, transmit, or store credentials in an insecure manner.
You must not use another person’s credentials without express authorization, even when the credentials were shared, exposed, reused, misconfigured, or discovered in a repository, terminal history, log file, message, screenshot, or public location.
Terminal and command responsibility
You are responsible for every command you enter, paste, generate, approve, modify, or execute through KISSit Terminal Free or another KISSit.ai product.
This responsibility includes resulting file changes, process execution, package installation, configuration changes, network activity, data modification, credential exposure, system interruption, exported output, and effects on local or connected systems.
Before executing a command, you should review its purpose, scope, target, privileges, dependencies, side effects, reversibility, and impact on data and services.
Backups and operational safeguards
You are responsible for maintaining current, tested, and recoverable backups before performing commands or operations that could modify, delete, overwrite, encrypt, migrate, or otherwise affect important data or system state.
You should use appropriate safeguards such as least privilege, isolated test environments, version control, change review, staged deployment, rollback procedures, logging, and human approval for consequential operations.
KISSit.ai products are not a substitute for operational controls, professional judgment, system administration procedures, or disaster-recovery planning.
Security testing and research
Vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploit validation, security research, red-team activity, credential testing, fuzzing, load testing, or other security assessment against KISSit.ai systems requires prior written authorization unless expressly permitted by published KISSit.ai security documentation.
Authorization must clearly identify the systems, methods, duration, data handling requirements, reporting procedures, and prohibited actions.
A good-faith intent does not authorize testing outside an approved scope or excuse access to unrelated systems, personal information, credentials, or production data.
Responsible vulnerability reporting
If you discover a suspected vulnerability affecting a KISSit.ai product or service, report it promptly through the process described on the KISSit.ai Security page.
Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability, access unrelated information, establish persistence, alter data, exfiltrate information, degrade service, demand payment, or expand testing beyond what is reasonably necessary to confirm and report the issue.
Submission of a report does not create an employment, agency, partnership, bounty, compensation, confidentiality, or safe-harbor agreement unless T2 Pinans, Inc. expressly agrees in writing.
Automation, scraping, and high-volume access
Automated access to KISSit.ai websites, downloads, forms, endpoints, or services must comply with published documentation, technical controls, usage limits, and written authorization requirements.
You must not use bots, crawlers, scripts, agents, headless browsers, distributed clients, or other automation to evade rate limits, enumerate accounts or tokens, scrape protected information, reserve resources unfairly, submit spam, generate artificial traffic, or interfere with service availability.
T2 Pinans, Inc. may limit, block, throttle, or suspend automated activity that creates security, reliability, legal, privacy, or operational risk.
Artificial intelligence and generated commands
You remain responsible for commands, scripts, configurations, explanations, or other content produced or suggested by artificial intelligence systems, coding assistants, documentation tools, or third-party services.
You must independently review generated output before execution and must not assume that generated commands are accurate, safe, authorized, compatible, or appropriate for your environment.
You must not use generated content to conceal responsibility, bypass approval requirements, or perform activity prohibited by this Policy.
Abusive content and communications
You must not use KISSit.ai websites, forms, support channels, or services to submit or distribute spam, threats, harassment, extortion, hateful abuse, unlawful discriminatory content, sexually exploitative material, malicious attachments, fraudulent requests, or content intended to intimidate or harm others.
You must not use support or feedback channels to transmit content unrelated to legitimate product, service, security, or business communications.
Intellectual property and proprietary information
You must not use KISSit.ai products or services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, contractual restrictions, software licenses, or other proprietary rights.
You must not obtain, copy, publish, distribute, or use proprietary source code, confidential documents, private repositories, internal communications, or trade secrets without authorization.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights necessary to use, modify, transmit, or distribute software, content, datasets, and other materials.
Private beta access
Private beta access is limited to approved testers and may be subject to tester-specific terms, confidentiality requirements, technical restrictions, supported-device requirements, and release-specific instructions.
You must not share private beta invitations, protected links, access tokens, release files, checksums, unreleased documentation, screenshots, internal information, or beta software with unauthorized persons.
You must not resell, sublicense, mirror, republish, repackage, or redistribute private beta software or access.
Download and release controls
You must not bypass, disable, manipulate, forge, automate around, or interfere with download authentication, token validation, expiration controls, release status, access restrictions, audit records, file integrity checks, or other distribution safeguards.
You must not alter, counterfeit, repackage, infect, mislabel, or redistribute a KISSit.ai release in a manner that could cause another person to believe it is an authentic or approved distribution.
You must not use expired, revoked, transferred, leaked, or unauthorized access tokens.
Support and feedback submissions
Information submitted through support, feedback, beta, or security channels must be accurate, relevant, and provided lawfully.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery codes, authentication tokens, payment credentials, confidential terminal output, proprietary source code, regulated personal information, or another person’s information unless it is necessary, authorized, and specifically requested through an approved secure process.
You must not knowingly submit false vulnerability reports, fabricated evidence, misleading logs, malicious files, or information intended to waste resources or interfere with investigations.
Resale and unauthorized commercial use
You must not resell, sublicense, commercially redistribute, white-label, host, rent, lease, or provide paid access to a KISSit.ai product or service unless expressly authorized in writing.
You may not use KISSit.ai branding, product interfaces, documentation, downloads, or services to create the false appearance of an official partnership, reseller relationship, certification, endorsement, or affiliation.
Monitoring and investigation
T2 Pinans, Inc. may review relevant service, access, download, support, security, and technical records when reasonably necessary to operate services, investigate suspected violations, protect users and infrastructure, comply with law, preserve evidence, or enforce this Policy and the Terms of Use.
Any monitoring or investigation will be subject to the KISSit.ai Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Protective measures
T2 Pinans, Inc. may apply technical or administrative measures to prevent, contain, investigate, or respond to suspected misuse.
Measures may include rate limiting, token revocation, download suspension, access blocking, traffic filtering, session termination, feature restriction, evidence preservation, security notifications, or requests for additional verification.
Protective measures may be applied without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data, legal rights, or service availability.
Enforcement
T2 Pinans, Inc. may warn, restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate access to websites, downloads, private beta programs, access tokens, support channels, software services, or related systems when this Policy, the Terms of Use, product-specific terms, or applicable law is violated.
The response may depend on the nature, severity, scope, repetition, intent, impact, risk, and available evidence associated with the conduct.
T2 Pinans, Inc. may report suspected unlawful activity to affected parties, service providers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other competent authorities where appropriate or required by law.
No obligation to provide continued access
Access to a KISSit.ai website, private beta program, protected download, token, support channel, or service may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Nothing in this Policy requires T2 Pinans, Inc. to provide continued access, restore revoked access, preserve a particular feature, or disclose security methods, investigation details, or enforcement criteria.
Reporting misuse
Suspected misuse of KISSit.ai products, services, protected downloads, access tokens, branding, or infrastructure may be reported to support@kissit.ai.
A report should include the affected product or service, a clear description of the conduct, relevant dates and times, available evidence, and contact information for follow-up.
Do not unlawfully access systems, obtain additional personal information, or expand investigative activity in order to prepare a report.
Changes to this Usage Policy
T2 Pinans, Inc. may update this Usage Policy to reflect changes in products, services, security practices, misuse patterns, operational requirements, laws, regulations, or risk conditions.
The current version will identify its effective date and last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, software, email, or another appropriate notice mechanism.
Continued use of an affected product or service after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Relationship to other policies
This Usage Policy should be read together with the KISSit.ai Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Security information, Cookie Policy, Data Retention Policy, private beta terms, and any product-specific or release-specific terms.
If this Usage Policy conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control unless applicable law or a more specific written agreement requires otherwise.
